Working with a team of five, I helped design a wearable health device under a constrained-design brief. We moved through the full process — research and paper prototyping, wireframes, visual design, and usability testing — to reach a final interactive prototype.

Through our design process we found that users value a product that provides a holistic overview of their health and offers tailored solutions depending on what they want to address — sleep, mood, or an irregular heart rate. People didn't want another single-metric tracker; they wanted context and guidance.
Our usability test confirmed the prototype was highly intuitive and easy to understand. Users appreciated the interactivity of the interface and the range of options available — like logging activity and interacting with helpful videos.
Testing revealed a small but important fix: adding hover feedback to all buttons and boxes so users could clearly tell what was interactive. It's a reminder that discoverability, not just aesthetics, drives confidence.
